VR Engineers manufactures and supplies flattening machines, designed to perform better even under difficult working conditions. Flattening machines are extensively used in cable and wire industries. The range of machine manufactured and supplied by us is robust, easy to operate, needs less maintenance and consumes less electricity. VR Engineers manufactures and supplies flattening machines in various specifications to meet the various requirements of clients.
The flattening machines are designed for the flattening of aluminum plates of thickness 2.5mm. The plate that has to be flattened is put through hard chrome plated rollers. The rollers are driven by 5 HP AC gear motor with variable speed. The flattening top rollers can be controlled for height from all four corners separately. This helps in achieving zero-zero flattening.
Retrofitting of the Machines
VR Engineers is also engaged in Old machines like : CNC and Injection Moulding machine which are expensive and not working due to unavailability of the Manufacturer support and spares. We are retrofitting those machine after replacing Complete control system, Mechanical and Hydraulic equipments. VR Engineers is having capacity and skilled team to replace or provide complete solution for the machines which are being used in various industries.
